Do you have a passion for HR administration and excel compliance to international HR regulations? We're seeking an HR Operations Manager / Teamlead HR Administration (m/f/d) for our location in Essen, directly reporting to the COO.
This role is central to driving global strategic and operational HR initiatives and ensure flawless execution. In particular, we are active in DE, CH, AT, ES, GB, FR, BE, BG, US, CA, IN and CN.
The position offers the possibility to work remotely, but a presence in the office in Essen at least once a week is desirable.
